Our routine visits will include a team that will dust, vacuum, and sanitize each room. We will clean each room and product with the utmost pride and respect to ensure that every corner and crevice is attended too.

BASIC SERVICES (Included in quote):

All rooms include: Dusting ceiling fans. Dusting lamps. Dusting all furniture. Vacuum carpet (closets included). Empty trashcans. Cob Web removal. Sweep and mopping (only where applicable). Changing of bed linen.

Kitchen includes: Wiping down appliances, counters, cabinets, table and chairs. Cleaning of sink. Sanitizing of countertops/backsplash. Cleaning of stove/range top (top and exterior only). Cleaning of refrigerator (top, sides, and exterior only). Clean microwave (inside and out). Sweep and mop floor.

Bathrooms include: Cleaning/sanitizing of toilet. Cleaning/sanitizing of shower and bathtub. Cleaning/sanitizing of sink. Cleaning/sanitizing vanities. Clean/sanitize backsplash. Polish chrome. Sweep and mopping of floor/tile. Cleaning/wiping mirrors. Freshen-up/Deodorize.

Extra’s (additional cost): Cleaning of blinds, cleaning of baseboards, cleaning window seals, cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, washing dishes, loading and unloading dishwasher, oil antique furniture, and folding/hanging of clothes.

In & Out fee: will be charged.

We offer 6 and 12 month contracts at a discounted price. Please ask about this special!

We offer cleanings on a one time basis.
